Not resizable, no points taken showing on board as you play

I don’t play this version of Hearts because the board is too small and I can take the queen and not even notice it because the board and cards are too small.

Id also like to see a running total of the number of hearts each player has taken during each hand in addition to the summary at the end of each hand.
